Team Building in Dubai

Every team is unique. This means there
is no 'one-size-fits-all' solution.

Grafic reflection

The Learning Loop

Our methods are under constant development. We are constantly working to develop techniques which are even easier to understand, even more memorable and therefore even more effective.
Within the team building and development sector, both providers and customers agree that action-centered activities, with or without integrated reflection time, produce the best results.

Activity

In the spirit of holistic learning (head, heart and hand), our exercises allow participants to actively experience their skills and those areas they need to work on. These strengths and weaknesses thus become much more real to them, and so can be addressed more easily in the reflection and transfer processes that follow.

Reflection and Feedback

All of our activities are coordinated by an experienced trainer, who is always available to provide advice and feedback. However, to get the most from the session, we suggest engaging a professional coach to observe the team at work. After the activity, the coach will analyse the behaviour of each team member, and the group as a whole, and explain his conclusions to the participants on an individual basis. As well as being on hand to highlight achievements and address problems as they relate to the exercise, he can also help to show the team how they can utilise these lessons back in the working environment.

Transfer

The results of each exercise should be absorbed immediately, allowing the team to approach the next task with a slightly higher level of knowledge. At the end of the team-building programme the coach will help each team member to transfer the lessons learnt into everyday business life.

Checks/Control

Team-building is an ongoing process, and, in the months following their experience, we suggest that teams regularly check that they are still on course to meet their stated objectives, ideally with the support of a trainer or coach.

Who ceases to improve, has ceased to be good.
